It is generally recommended to walk in the morning as it stimulates our brain cells and ultimately sharpens our minds. For a fit life, walk for 30 minutes daily.

Salad eating is the best form of being healthy but It will result in a lack of some important nutrients in the body that we get from other food sources if you consume it regularly. The best advice I can give to those who are interested in eating salad is to eat it regularly for one week every month and no more. A final tip is to avoid eating the same salad every day for the next seven days, but instead make a variety of salads for a tasty experience and healthy habit.
4. Maintain sleep cycle – A good night's sleep is essential to the proper functioning of our bodies. Our brains repair themselves and recharge themselves while we sleep. Our body's algorithm is maintained by a good night's sleep and keeps us healthy, fit and fine. Sleep is sometimes snubbed because of a hectic schedule, but this is not the best thing to do as it can negatively affect the next day's routine. Unregular sleep cycles make us drowsy. Sleep well for a good day tomorrow.
5. Water – Everyone gives you the advice to drink water but nobody tells you when and how much to drink. I will share with you some simple ways to consume water for health benefits.
Rather than drinking a glass of water every hour, take a few sips every 15 minutes.Consider adding some energy powder, or some lemon might be a good addition. The benefits of water include balancing blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and preventing urinary tract infections.
