1. Keep hydrating – Hydration is the key to a successful health. Having plenty of water will keep you energized and prevent you from feeling lethargic. Water helps remove many toxic substances from our body and keeps our cells healthy and working properly.
Green tea can also be taken as it contains a lot of anti-oxidants. It protects the body from free radicals and prevent weight or fat gain.
2. Exercise – As we all know, no way is better than exercise to reduce fat or weight. We benefit greatly from it in terms of maintaining our health. Thigh fat can easily be reduced with exercise.
A. Squats – For faster thigh fat loss, do full squats and half squats. You can easily slim down your thighs by doing this 20 times a day.
B. Leg lift – It is found to be the simplest way for leg fat reduction (including thigh fat). It just requires a plane surface and a yoga mat. Stretch your legs for one minute at first, then for two minutes after a few days. Repeat this twice a day.
C. Walking – The most natural way of thigh fat reduction is this. It does not require anything except your time. Take a walk for 30 minutes every day in a garden or on your terrace, as you feel is appropriate.

3. Low carbohydrates food – Carbohydrates contribute a lot to increased calorie intake and fat production in the body.
